Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because Rhock Deal serves as a digital marketplace, cancellations and refunds for vendor purchases are governed by the respective vendor and applicable consumer law.
Order cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only according to the respective vendor's cancellation policy and any conditions shown or communicated before purchase.
Refund eligibility
A refund may be available for a wrong product, a damaged product, an unavailable product, or a cancellation expressly approved by the vendor.
Refund processing
Vendor-approved refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days. The time required for funds to appear depends on the original payment method, bank, and payment provider.
Non-refundable cases
Refunds may not be available for a change of mind, used products, services that have already been completed, or promotional and discounted items stated to be non-refundable, except where required by law.
Platform responsibility
Rhock Deal is not liable for refund decisions made by independent vendors, but may assist customers and vendors by facilitating communication where appropriate.
