Rhock Deal is a digital marketplace connecting customers with independent local businesses. Shipping and delivery, where offered, are fulfilled by the respective vendor.
Shipping responsibility
Shipping, delivery, packaging, and handling are the sole responsibility of the respective vendor. Delivery timelines displayed by vendors are estimates only.
Delivery charges
Shipping charges, where applicable, are determined by the vendor and should be displayed or communicated before order confirmation.
Delivery areas
Each vendor defines its own delivery locations, service availability, fulfilment methods, and related restrictions.
Delivery delays
Rhock Deal is not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic, government restrictions, vendor operational issues, courier-partner delays, or other circumstances outside the platform's control.
Failed deliveries
If delivery fails because customer information is incorrect or the customer is unavailable, the relevant vendor's delivery and redelivery policy will apply.

Customers should contact the respective vendor first for shipping-related questions, delayed orders, missing deliveries, or damaged packages.
