These terms govern access to and use of the Rhock Deal website, applications, business listings, offers, and vendor services. By using the platform, you agree to follow these terms.
User responsibilities
Users must provide accurate information, use the platform lawfully, respect other users and businesses, keep their accounts secure, and avoid any misuse of the application.
Vendor responsibilities
Vendors must publish genuine offers, maintain accurate business information, honour advertised offers, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
Platform role
Rhock Deal acts only as a digital marketplace connecting users with independent businesses. Rhock Deal does not manufacture, own, sell, or guarantee the products and services listed by vendors.
Prohibited activities
Users and vendors must not upload illegal content, publish false or misleading information, commit fraud, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the platform, or violate another party's intellectual-property rights.
Suspension
Rhock Deal may suspend or restrict accounts for policy violations, suspected fraud, illegal activity, security risks, or other misuse of the platform.
Intellectual property
Rhock Deal's platform content, branding, software, designs, and logos belong to Rhock Deal or its licensors and may not be copied or used without authorization.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Rhock Deal is not responsible for product quality, delivery delays, vendor pricing, warranties, customer-vendor disputes, or vendor misconduct.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable Indian law.
