5. Offers & Discounts
Offers displayed on the App are provided by individual businesses. Availability, pricing, validity, and terms of offers are determined solely by the respective business. RHOCK DEAL is not responsible for expired, modified, or unavailable offers.
6. User Responsibilities
Users agree to:
Provide accurate information.
- Use the App only for lawful purposes.
- Respect other users and businesses.
- Avoid fraudulent or abusive activities.
- Not misuse coupons, offers, or referral programs.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Create fake accounts.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Attempt to hack or disrupt the App.
- Copy or reproduce App content without permission.
- Use automated bots or scraping tools.
8. Reviews & Ratings
Users may submit reviews and ratings based on genuine experiences. Offensive, defamatory, false, or misleading reviews may be removed without notice.
9. Referral Program
Referral rewards are subject to RHOCK DEAL's referral policy. Fraudulent referrals may result in account suspension and cancellation of rewards.

13. Limitation of Liability
RHOCK DEAL is a business discovery and promotional platform. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, availability, pricing, or performance of products or services offered by listed businesses. Users transact with businesses at their own discretion.
14. Account Suspension
RHOCK DEAL reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms & Conditions or engages in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activities.

Your use of the App is also governed by the RHOCK DEAL Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how your information is collected, used, and protected.
16. Updates to Terms

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location chosen by RHOCK DEAL.
