The Rhock Deal Vendor App respects the privacy of registered businesses. This policy explains how vendor and business information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.
Information collected
We may collect the business name, owner's name, GST number, business address, contact details, products, offers, pricing, business images, GPS location, device information, and login details.
How we use vendor information
We use this information to create the vendor account, publish the business profile, display nearby offers, verify the business, prevent fraud, provide customer support, and improve Rhock Deal services.
Public business listings
Information intended for the vendor's public profile—including its name, address, contact details, products, offers, pricing, images, and location—may be shown to Rhock Deal users.
Third-party services
The Vendor App may use Firebase, Google Maps, analytics providers, cloud storage, and payment gateways. These providers process information under their respective privacy policies.
Information sharing
Vendor information is shared through public business listings, with trusted providers required to operate the platform, or where disclosure is required by applicable law.
Data retention
Business information is retained while the vendor account remains active or for as long as required for legal, security, transaction, and compliance purposes.
Vendor rights
Vendors may edit their profile, request corrections, withdraw optional permissions, and request account deletion, subject to pending transactions and legally required retention.
Security and eligibility
We implement industry-standard safeguards designed to protect business data. Vendor accounts are intended only for adults who operate or represent legitimate businesses.
